Membership Goals

The goal is to enlist 600 family memberships (350 Golf and 250 Social)and 10 corporate memberships.  After that, a waiting list will be established.

Equity Members share in the ownership of the Country Club. Equity members have the power of market forces to allow their investment to grow in value.  Each Equity member will be provided a Membership Agreement upon payment. Equity can only be sold with equity member’s home or back to the Club. The BOD may review and give consideration to special circumstances.

TIMBERLAKE Country Club Membership Categories

Equity Golf (EG)

Golf members pay monthly dues and when the Clubhouse and restaurant is operational, will pay an additional minimum food allowance.  Equity Golf members have full access to all Club amenities.

Equity Social (ES)

Equity Social members have no obligation to pay monthly dues until the Clubhouse and restaurant is operational, at which time monthly dues and a monthly food minimum will be instituted.  Equity Social members may purchase a non-transferrable, annual coupon book for 12 rounds of golf at a discounted cost in January, which expires on December 31 of that year.  Coupons can only be used by the member, not by guests.  Price includes use of a cart and coupons are accepted all days. Equity Social members will have full access to all Club amenities except golf, which can be accessed through purchase of limited discount coupons or by paying regular non-member fees.
